  1.節煤:同比節煤30%-50%,使用25mm的顆粒,煤粉允許10%以內,不需過篩,沒有篩后粉煤,適用煤種廣泛,可以適用劣質煤,燒透率高,灰渣含碳量1%-2.6%,煤氣出口溫度設定在200-270℃之間。將煤的熱量吃干榨凈。

  2.節人:整體爐每班只需一人,爐下操作確保使用安全,不需扎釬、探火,只需加煤除渣。操作簡單,減少人為失誤。

  3.節電:同比節電30%以上,不設電捕焦油器、電捕輕油器、旋風除塵器、間接冷卻器、風冷器等。

  4.環保:本技術采用煤氣燃燒前脫硫技術,煤氣自身燃燒后煙塵濃度為27mg/NM3,二氧化硫為155mg/NM3,林格曼黑度小于1。無外排酚水,水循環使用,只需補充新水即可。真正實現無酚水的煤氣發生爐。

  9.安全:

  (2)煤氣壓力:工作壓力為350-600pa,煤氣為易燃、易爆、易中毒的危險品,本技術使煤氣發生爐成為絕對封閉制煤氣及運送系統,不用扎釬、不用探火,杜絕了煤氣泄漏的條件,爐內狀態由微機自動控制,工人只需按提示加煤即可,爐下地面操作避免了人與煤氣直接接觸的頻次,從而確保了使用安全。

  (3)防爆:煤氣管道兩端有防爆膜,水洗塔上方有防爆水箱,保證誤操作時不損壞設備。

1. The water is recycled and only needs to be supplemented with new water. The gas generator without phenol water is realized.


5. Automatic control: the whole system is controlled by PLC, which is matched with the kiln. After setting, there is no need for personnel operation.


6. Less investment: less auxiliary facilities, 50000-100000 foundation and 100000-120000 factory buildings.

9. Safety:


(1) Water jacket pressure: the water jacket of this technology is designed according to the requirements of atmospheric pressure boiler, the working pressure is less than 0.09mpa, with atmospheric connecting pipe, not regulated, to ensure the safety of use.


(2) Gas pressure: the working pressure is 350-600pa, Gas is inflammable, explosive and toxic dangerous goods. This technology makes the gas generator become an absolutely closed gas production and transportation system. It does not need to drill or detect the fire, thus eliminating the condition of gas leakage. The state of the furnace is automatically controlled by the computer. The workers only need to add coal according to the prompts. The ground operation under the furnace avoids the frequency of direct contact between people and gas, thus ensuring the safety of use 。


(3) Explosion proof: both ends of the gas pipeline are equipped with explosion-proof membrane, and the water tank above the water washing tower is equipped with explosion-proof water tank to ensure that the equipment will not be damaged in case of misoperation.
